PCA’s Email Intelligence Engine is an automated email organization system built on Microsoft Graph API and Windows Task Scheduler — using infrastructure the client already owns as part of their M365 subscription.
Here’s what it does:
- 20 intelligent folder rules — built specifically around the client’s actual email patterns. Client names, vendor domains, finance keywords, project codes, internal communications, newsletters — each category gets its own rule.
- Retroactive sorting — on first run, the engine processes the entire inbox. All 20,925 emails. Sorted into the correct folders based on sender, subject keywords, and domain matching.
- Hourly automation — after the initial sort, the engine runs automatically every hour via Windows Task Scheduler. New emails get sorted within 60 minutes of arrival. No manual action required.
- Zero recurring cost — the system uses the Microsoft Graph API included in the client’s existing M365 license. No third-party tool. No new subscription. No ongoing fee.
