Daniel started PCA in 2017 because Houston MSPs operated on hour-billing, ticket queues, and surprise invoices. The mid-market got outsourced customer service dressed up as IT strategy.

For 9 years he ran IT hands-on: law firms, construction holding companies, food distributors, auto shops, churches, dental practices, real estate, retail. 130+ engagements. When a food distributor got hit with Qilin ransomware, Daniel was coordinating recovery before most MSPs would have returned the voicemail.

In 2026 he productized VICTOR — same playbook, machine speed. Not to replace Daniel. To let him serve more clients at a fraction of enterprise-MSP cost.

i started PCA in 2017 because every msp in houston told me my 5-person clients were "too small". now we have 130+ of them. you're welcome.
